Unlike other companies each wheel we receive is individually assessed for stress fractures and buckling, then if necessary our findings are reported back to our customer. We also carry out a vast array of services including alloy welding, wheel straightening, polishing and anodising. Our specialities include diamond cutting, split rim refurbishment (2 and 3 piece), fuchs wheels, magnesium wheels and colour coding.
Diamond Styling takes pride in owning the only lathe of its kind in existence, which gives us the advantage of machining wheels up to 28" in diameter. The lathe originated from Rolls Royce where its purpose was to machine turbine blades to the exacting standard required by the aviation industry. This is why our diamond cutting techniques are so precise.
